Charlie Smarts (of Kooley High) dropped a solo project today and I have to say the production on this mixtape is quite surprising. With contributions from Ratatat, Flying Lotus, Oddisee, N.A.S.A. he shows his range as an emcee but more so an artist. Check it out!
