I was doing my weekly bandcamp browsing when I came across this peaceful looking album cover. Now, of course they say never judge a book by its cover but come on...covers are made to grab your attention right?! No? Well in this case it did and I'm glad it did. This lovely gem entitled The Other Side of Tomorrow comes from The Slakadeliqs (for more on that, read the bottom quote), and I'm sure anyone with a soul will find this project to be a breath of fresh air. This is a healthy marriage of genres and although such a marriage is very common these days, how often is it so organic that it makes you smile from start to finish? I will say I was never completely into ScHoolboy Q even though a few songs on Setbacks did grab my attention. However, this time around...this whole album is good to my ears. All day I've been listening to this album. All day I say. Like I said before in any other post I've done for this album, its worth your money ($2.99) and most importantly worth your TIME. How many albums can you say that about nowadays hm? Definitely one of my favorite releases of 2011 if not an even tie with Section.80. Check this out guys.
