Here is the list everyone's been waiting for. This year it's 11 instead of 10...*Kanye Shrug*. This years list features: Meek Mill, Big K.R.I.T., Cyhi The Prince, Lil Twist, Yelawolf, Fred The Godson, Mac Miller, YG, Lil B, Kendrick Lamar and Diggy.
